Carmi Police take damage to property report Tuesday

The Carmi Police Department is investigating an incident reported Tuesday afternoon on Eighth Street.  Connie Wallace told officers that sometime between Monday afternoon and Tuesday, someone threw two rocks through the front window of her house.
