The City of Carmi is seeking a seasonal Pool Manager for the Carmi Municipal Pool.The manager is responsible for scheduling lifeguards, after hour pool parties, coordinating with the swim team schedule and the day-to-day operation of the pool and concession stand while providing a safe swimming environment and clean facilities for the public. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and CPR, first aid and Lifeguard Certified.Qualifications: - Must be certified in CPR, first aid and Lifeguarding - Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, including responding quickly and effectively in emergencies. - Excellent communication skillsApplicants shall fill out an application, available at cityofcarmi.org/application, and return to the City of Carmi, 225 E Main Street, Carmi, IL 62821. Other tasks may be assigned.
