Virgil had been a resident at Community Integrated Living (New Way) in Anna for several years and worked at J.R.'s Centre Day Training Program in Anna.

She was born on February 20, 1930, in Hamilton County, near Springerton, the daughter of Luther Ray and Clemie J. (York) Foley. Vaudie married Bill Dosher on December 17, 1948, and he preceded her in death on September 25, 1986. She worked as a nurse at the Hamilton County Hospital for many years. Vaudie was a member of the Enfield Christian Church for 70 years. She was the past leader of the Enfield Blue Ribbon 4-H club and was a member of the Enfield Women's Spirit of Progress Club, the Republicans Women organization, and the Red Hatters. Vaudie loved spending her time gardening.

Winnie was born on December 10, 1939, in Houma, LA, the daughter of Earl Anthony and Margaret Josephine (Blanchard) Trosclair. On September 10, 1956, Winnie married Charles Alva Phillips and together they shared over 42 years of marriage before his passing on September 23, 1998. Winnie was a woman of faith, who loved the Lord Jesus and her family. She spent her life working various jobs and most recently was retired after owning Phillips Army Surplus Store in Norris City, IL. Winnie was the founding member of Outreach for Christ Tabernacle in Brownsville, IL.

She married Fred Leon Wolford on May 15, 1965, and he preceded her in death on November 9, 2019.
