The Grayville City Council will hold a special meeting Monday at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss a revolving loan for Downs Pizza and a revolving loan and a TIF 2 Request for Mandy’s Restaurant. Council will also set a Public Hearing Date for the 2020-2021 Preliminary Budget and authorize short-term financing for the Emergency Gas Project.
