Carmi Police arrested 73-year-old Kenneth Busby at the Carmi Public Library on Wednesday for Presence in a School Zone by a Sex Offender after he was located inside the library during school hours and during the dismissal of students from Washington Attendance Center. Busby was detained at the White County Jail.
Back in 2007, Busby pleaded guilty for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse of a family member and served three years at the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Normal is not a word within their dictionary especially behind closed doors. Frankly I do not care if this makes anyone angry, no parent should have to go through this.
