Members of the White County Retired Teachers Association in conjunction with Little Giant Grocery in Carmi will hold a Pork Burger lunch on SATURDAY, JUNE 3 on the Little Giant Parking Lot between the hours of 11:00 and 1:00. Monies from the sale will be used to continue the classroom teacher grant program for classroom teachers in White County.
The $5.00 lunch will include a pork burger sandwich, chips, cookies and a drink. Retired teachers will man the stand and provide delivery for in town take out lunches if needed. Retirees also have tickets available for purchase prior to the sale, or purchases may be made on Saturday, June 3.
