Friday morning, White County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about an abandonded vehicle in a barn near Grayville.
At 8:25 am the Sheriff’s Department received a call that a maroon SUV had been parked in a barn near Grayville on County Road 2400 N. When deputies arrived, they discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen from Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
M&S Towing removed the SUV from the scene, and Mt. Vernon Police were contacted. Mt. Vernon Police will process the vehicle.
