Second Amendment Advocates to Host Town Hall in Carmi Ahead of January 1st Deadline

Firearm owners concerned about the upcoming January 1st deadline to register firearms are invited to a town hall on Wednesday, December 27th.  Valinda and Mike Rowe, local Second Amendment advocates along with a handful of others say they’ll be offering the latest update and alternatives for Illinois gun owners and the status of current lawsuits challenging the Illinois gun ban.  Also on their agenda is what they’re describing as Washington D.C. Democrats proposed national gun ban.  Speakers scheduled for the town hall include Darren Bailey, Denton Aud, Chris Neal, and Jordan Weiss.  The town hall is scheduled for a 6pm start and will be held at War Horse Christian School at 215 Industrial Drive in Carmi.

Whatever you do, don’t buy 223 or ??? ammo your ar-15, Ar-10 uses. The FOID will be used to draw a straight line to your AR. Buy your ammo in IND or MO or better yet have a friend/family member out of state get it for you. Reloading’s a good choice also. Be aware of all paper trails.

Did this Unconstitutional legislation go into effect in Illinois? I left the state years ago because I refuse to pay for the mistakes of Cook County.
