30 year old David T. Russell of Norris City was arrested by Carmi Police Saturday morning, just after 9, on multiple charges of Criminal Trespass to a Residence, Burglary, Criminal Trespass to Vehicles, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. He is currently being held in the White County Jail.
