A Carmi man is being held in the White County Jail after he was arrested following a domestic dispute on Thursday afternoon. Officers with the Carmi Police Department were dispatched to a residence on 7th street after multiple calls were made in regards to a domestic situation involving 29 year old Rex Reel. He was transported to the White County Jail after a complaint was signed by 21 year old Kaleigh Swango of Carmi. Reel is being charged with Domestic Violence, Interfering with a Domestic Violence Report and Disorderly Conduct. No bond has been set at this tine.
