On Tuesday, the Carmi Police arrested two male individuals during a traffic stop.
Jedadiah Locher received a charge of Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle and was released and given a Notice to Appear citation. Locher was also cited for Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration.
The passenger, Bobby Morrill Jr., was taken into custody and will remain there until he can see a judge for several serious charges. These include Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of Property, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle.
