Illinois State Police arrested 31 year old Jessica McPherson of New Haven Thursday evening. While State Police didn’t provide any details on the arrest, court records show McPherson has been charged with DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Storage of a Controlled Substance. State’s Attorney Denton Aud has the filing. McPherson is due in White County Court on Monday at 9am. She remains jailed in White County without bond.
