The Carmi-White County girls basketball team defeated Gallatin County last night by a final score of 59-27. 

In the win, Mara Serafini scored 26 points and became the 30th member of the CWCHS 1,000 point club. 

Serafini becomes just the 10th Lady Bulldog to surpass 1,000 career points. 

Caroline Simmons scored 13 points.
Ashlyn Rager scored 12.
Johanna Smith scored 6.
Addi Elliott scored 2. 

The Lady Bulldogs improve to 25-4 on the year, they will wrap up the regular season on Thursday when they travel to Woodlawn. The Lady Dogs will begin regionals next Monday in Fairfield against the winner of Saturday’s play-in game between Flora and Newton.

The Carmi-White County boys basketball team will host Eldorado tonight for Senior Night. The Bulldogs enter tonight’s game 19-6 with a 6-1 BDC record. 

Before tonight’s game, they will honor all CWC senior basketball players, cheerleaders and band members. 

Fans can watch and listen to tonight’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. The senior night ceremony will be live streamed on the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel.
