
MCLEANSBORO, ILLINOIS (May 9, 2025) The Hamilton County Fair, hosted in McLeansboro each June, has released the official line-up of evening entertainment for the 2025 event. Come out and behold as the fairgrounds spring to life in a whirlwind of lights, music, and endless summer fun!
With a one-week run from June 7th to 14th, the fair will offer locals and visitors a wide array of entertainment options to choose from. Motorsports will be a major focus, with a demolition derby, motocross race, tractor pull, and mud bog all scheduled to appear at the fairgrounds. General admission tickets for each event can be purchased at the gate or in advance for $10/person for guests 13 and older. Additional pit passes can be purchased for $10. Kids 12 and under get free admission.
Carnival rides will be operational at the fairgrounds from Tuesday, June 10th through Saturday, June 14th. Wristband and ticketing information will be released at a later date. The fun doesn’t stop there! Prior to the opening of the carnival, everyone is encouraged to come out for the annual Sunday Funday event, which will feature Mud Volleyball, inflatable activities, and fair food to celebrate the beginning of the festival. This family-friendly event is scheduled for June 8th and will follow the same ticketing structure as fair evening events.
