A busy Monday coming up for the Grayville City Council as they’ll tackle several items from their old business list, at least 5 new business items and they’re also scheduled to deal with collective bargaining, property lease or purchasing agreements, and employment action within the Utility and Police Departments. That gets underway at 7pm with a police committee meeting to proceed it at 6pm. Specifically, the council is expected to discuss municipal ordinance violations and the collection of fines. They’ll also take up a water leak policy, hobby vehicles, the campground, the eternal flame in old business. New business scheduled includes water and sewer rate increases, the search for a pool manager, and an update to the Fiscal Year 2021 budget. Jeremy Smith will be there for WROY/WRUL News and we’ll expect a recap Tuesday morning.
