A Belle Rive man is behind bars at the White County Jail where he’ll remain until he’s seen by a judge. White County Sheriff’s authorities served a failure to appear warrant to 42-year-old Bruce Page just before noon Monday. That warrant was related to a June 2024 arrest in which he ended up taking a plea deal in the same month. In that case, Page pled guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving on a Suspended License, both Class A Misdemeanors while charges of Possession of Meth, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Operating a Vehicle in a condition that could endanger people or property, or that lacks required equipment in proper working order were dismissed. The courts withheld judgment instead giving him 2 years of conditional discharge and a fine.
