Grayville Meetings
The Grayville City Commissioners will be meeting twice Monday; the first time at 9 to discuss collective bargaining and then again at 7 Monday night for the regular meeting.
The evening meeting looks to be busy as there are a number of items on the agenda, including a union contract.
The board will amend the 2018-2019 budget and adopt the 2019-2020 budget. The commissioners will also set the dates, times and places for the regular meetings for the next year.
High Street, real estate sales, and a revised bid for a concrete retaining wall at West Mill and North Third Streets will be covered.
A swimming pool manager is expected to be hired and a concession lease will be awarded.
The board will be asked about a parade permit for a Memorial Day Parade and will be asked to approve an application to solicit contributions from the Grayville VFW for Poppy Day, June 1.
The meeting will include reports from the city attorney, commissioners and the mayor’s report.
