In what appears to be a growing trend, the Grayville City Commissioners meeting set for Monday evening has a lengthy agenda; 18 items in all to be covered at the 7 p.m. meeting
Items to be covered include some items that had been tabled at prior meetings such as a TIF agreement and zoning ordinance amendment, plus an e-mail utility billing module.
Other matters to be presented to the commissioners include a clean uniform contract, the sale of excess property, purchase of a mini excavator, water rates and meter fees, an ordinance change for the animal control ordinance and animal waste disposal, a water line replacement grant, the policy for the use of dumpsters and fencing around dumpster areas.
Along with the many items to be covered, the meeting will include reports from the various departments and the mayor.
The Grayville City Council normally meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The meetings are open to the public.
