Grayville City Council to Meet Monday Following a Public Hearing

The Grayville City Council will meet Monday following a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM regarding the sale of property at 413 N. State Road. An Executive Session will be held during the City Council Meeting to take any action necessary on the sale of that property.

Old business to be discussed will include the demolition of abandoned properties, racing, sport and hobby vehicles, Natural Gas Pipeline License Agreements, a Liquor Ordinance Amendment, Golf Cart Ordinance #892, approval of TIF and Revolving Loan Agreements, GIS Mapping Agreement – Dustin Bunting, the sale of excess equipment from the Police Department, and the sale of a Dodge truck owned by the City.

New business will include an ordinance approving the sale of property at 413 N State Road, a request for TIF 1 and Revolving Loan Assistance,  I2 Automation Remote Support, a request for ramp placement at 208 E North Street, the Park Boat Ramp Lease, Larry Schmittler with a sewer line request, and an application to solicit donations for Lions Club Candy Day on Oct 10th.

There will also be reports from the Treasurer, Police Chief, Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
