Wabash Valley College held a  GED Completion Ceremony on Wednesday, July 6, in the Red Café.  Each of the graduates completed the high school equivalency testing requirements during the 2016 academic year and is now ready for college.  The entire program, including the testing, was completely free for all the graduates.  WVC graduated five GED completers this school year.  One student is enrolled at WVC for the fall and received a WVC tuition scholarship for two semesters.  The 2016 graduates are:  Johnny Askren, Taylor LaVarier, Jacob Mason, Jordon Monts, and Tori Reed.

FREE GED Test Prep classes are offered throughout the year at Wabash Valley College.  The next classes will be offered August 18-October 11, 2016.  Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with students choosing to take the classes from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, or 5:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m.  All classes are held in a computer lab in Main Hall 202.  Students may register on the first morning/night of the class.  Free tutoring, instruction, and materials are available.  IT’S ALL FREE!
