Gallatin County Clerk Issues Press Release in Response to Trump Removal from Ballot Ruling

A Cook County Judge’s ruling has prompted Gallatin County Clerk Deanna Bryant to issue a press release after the judge ruled to remove Republican Primary Candidate Donald Trump from the March 19th Illinois Primary Ballot.  Bryant says the ruling is on hold pending the outcome of a case before the US Supreme Court.  She wants to reassure the public that as of now, no changes are taking place with the ballot.  Republican Party Primary ballots still have Donald Trump as a candidate.  Furthermore, Bryant says if you’ve already participated in In Person Early Voting or voted by mail, you don’t need to take any action at this time.  Still yet, Bryant says her office will follow any court decision as it relates to the 2024 Presidential Election.

Cook County is corrupt. This judge was put in place by Biden. She has no right to do what she is doing. Trump is not charged with insurrection. Apparently she doesn’t know what she is doing.

Every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; those men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid.” – Alexander Hamilton

“The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending against all hazards. And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks.” – Samuel Adams
