In Gallatin County Court Tuesday, 52 year old former Shawneetown resident Tracy Patton pled guilty to one count of residential burglary, according to States Attorney Douglas Dyhrkopp.
As per the plea agreement, Patton will spend four years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody, and will be under two years of mandatory supervised release following incarceration.
The case was investigated by the Shawneetown Police Department.
