Six suspects were arrested on March 27th for White County warrants, while two others were arrested on a Hamilton County and Wayne County warrant.
Darryl J. Buckman, White County warrant for Failure to Appear for Cannabis Trafficking (less than 5000 grams). He pled guilty back in 2021, and did not appear at his court date on March 5 of this year.
Delbert D. Kitchell, White County warrant for Failure to Appear for Operating a Vehicle with cancelled, Suspended, or Revoked License. His court date was scheduled back on January 9.
Tyler M. Spaulding, White County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Meth (More than 15 grams), Theft over $500, Reckless Discharge of Firearm, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia.
William G. Browning, White County warrant for Disorderly Conduct.
James W. Witwer II, White County warrant for Disorderly Conduct.
Megan N. Evans, White County warrant for Battery.
Kevin Gire, Hamilton County warrant for Failure to Appear for a Driving Under the Influence charge.
Sadie Preston, Wayne County warrant for Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle.
The White County Sheriff’s Department along with the Carmi Police Department, Norris City Police Department and the Enfield Police Department conducted a warrant detail along with a traffic enforcement detail. The details are done to keep motorists safe on the roadways along with making sure criminals are brought before the Judge to answer for their crimes.
