DWLS and Cannabis Lands Two in Jail

Garnetta and Michael Gibbs were arrested over the weekend. Garnetta was taken into custody for Driving While License Suspended, while Michael was arrested for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle.
Both Garnetta and Michael were released on a Notice to Appear and given court dates.
