Domestic Battery Outside Sheriffs Office Lands Pair Behind Bars

A Grayville man out on probation for an unlawful use of a weapon is back behind bars following a domestic battery situation that allegedly broke out Tuesday night just before 9pm.  27 year old Dylan Miller, judging by his mugshot, apparently got into fisticuffs with a 43 year old Carmi woman outside the White County Sheriff’s Department.  Both Miller and Linda Mason of Shipley Street in Carmi were taken into custody on Domestic Battery charges following the altercation.  Miller, who agreed to a conditional discharge guilty plea back in September of 2021, was on 2 years probation which will most certainly be revoked.  Online court records don’t yet indicate when the pair will be due to appear before Judge Webb.
