On Monday afternoon, the White County Probation Office requested a Carmi Police officer. Officers were told that an individual reporting for Probation had visible red marks from a possible domestic situation that occurred that same morning.
The individual was identified as Serena Dunn, and she filed a complaint for domestic battery. The aggressor, Starlett Dunn, was located at her home on Herbert Avenue, where she was arrested and taken to the White County Jail.
Starlett faces two charges, one for Domestic Battery and the other for Aggravated Battery of a pregnant woman.
She has a First Appearance set for Tuesday at 1 pm.
