The City of Carmi was the recipient of a $1,000.00 Community Grant from the Walmart Community Grants Team.
Carmi Walmart Manager Jason Baker presented the check to Carmi Mayor Jeff Pollard.

Walmart is committed to giving people access to a better life, one community at a time. Walmart considers it their responsibility to make a positive impact in the communities they serve and to create opportunities so people can live better.
These grant funds will be used to help fund a new swing set at Burrell Park and Campground.
