Labor Day is Monday. Hopefully, you get a break from work. Your trashmen are certainly taking the day off. The City of Carmi has announced that Republic will not be picking up residential trash on Monday. That will push everyone’s regular date for pickup back a day. If your normal pick up is on Monday, expect it Tuesday, so on and so forth. Friday trash pick up will occur on Saturday morning.
