Carmi Police Make Arrests Tuesday Night

One Carmi resident is free on Pre Trial Release while another remains behind bars awaiting to appear before a judge.  Carmi Police received 35 year old Michael Sullivan of 2nd Street in the 7 o’clock hour Tuesday night when he turned himself in on a warrant.  Sullivan was originally ticketed with Reckless Conduct and Reckless Driving back on February 28th of this year.  After turning himself in, Sullivan was released as per the condition of the warrant.  Online court records as of Wednesday morning don’t yet indicate when he’s due in White County court.

Later Tuesday night, Carmi Police arrested 39 year old Amanda Wolf of Conger Avenue at a 5th Street residence.  Authorities took her into custody and charged her with Criminal Trespass of a Residence, Home Invasion, Criminal Damage to Property, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.  Wolf remains behind bars while a date is set for her to appear before a White County judge.
