Carmi Police are asking for help locating a local teenager. Rachael Graham-Blake is a 16 year old female who has been reported as missing. Rachael is approximately 5’03” and weighs approximately 150lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. It is believed that Rachael may be with her boyfriend, a 15 year old male, and may still be in the Carmi area. She was last seen by a friend on Sunday morning.
