A 20 year old Carmi man, Drake A. Baker, was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday afternoon following a traffic stop at the Main and Locust Street Intersection. A driver’s license check revealed that the driver, Drake, had a suspended driver’s license. During an inventory of the vehicle, a pipe was located that tested positive for marijuana. Baker was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, and Possession of Cannabis in a Vehicle by Driver. He was released on a Notice to Appear.
