48 year old Merle Andrew Bartley, of Carmi, was arrested, after turning himself in to the White County Sheriff’s Department, Tuesday evening, on a White County Warrant for Unlicensed Auto Parts Recycler (Conducting business without a license). He bonded out to $250 cash plus a $20 booking fee.
