Harrisburg Man Arrested by Carmi Police for Burglary and Theft From a Vehicle

A 46 year old Harrisburg man, Louis W. Hankins, was arrested by Carmi Police Monday afternoon for burglary and theft from a vehicle on Iris Lane. He is currently being held (as of Tuesday morning) in the White County Jail.
