Burrell Street Brawl Lands Bartley Behind Bars

47-year-old Michelle Bartley is behind bars after an altercation on Burrell Street earlier Thursday morning; the victim, a 42-year-old man. The incident was also witnessed by two others. Bartley was arrested just after 3am and is facing a charge of Battery.
