An 18-year-old was arrested by Carmi Police on Monday outside Pundrakes. Police arrested Timothy James for Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct against another 18-year-old. James appeared before a judge on Tuesday morning following his arrest, and his arraignment is scheduled for February 4 at 1:00 pm.
