The White County Sheriff’s Department got a two for one on warrant arrests Monday night, assisted by the Carmi Police Department.
At 8:15 pm, officers arrested 50 year old Elizabeth Farris and 20 year old Joshua Farris at their 9th Street residence. Elizabeth Farris was wanted on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of deceptive practice, and is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $250 bond.
Joshua Farris was wanted on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. He is being held at the White County Jail on a $300 bond.
