The White County Historical Society is pleased to offer once again our annual Corn Day “Corn Tasting” at the historic Ratcliff Inn on Saturday, October 8th. The Corn Tasting will be held from 11:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm and will feature such delights as corn dip, hominy, corn salads, corn bread, and more. For only $2, one can sample a variety of tasty treats all made with corn.
The Society also wishes to announce that their museums, the old L. Haas Store and the Robinson-Stewart House will be open for tours from 10:30 until 1:00 on Saturday. The Historical Society appreciates the community’s support and hopes everyone will stop in on Corn Day to visit.
