Carmi Police arrested 25 year old Wyll Cody Clark of Red Oak, Virginia on charges of driving without a valid license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop Monday night.
Clark was pulled over at the intersection of East Main and Locust Streets at 7:10 pm. Clark was transported to the White County Jail, where he posted a $150 cash bond and was released.
