Two Tri State men spent a portion of their weekends behind bars after getting caught driving impaired by Indiana State Police.
30 year old Dennis Banks of Crossville was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Old US 50 near Wheatland after he drove past a “Road Closed” sign. Banks was reported to have a Blood Alcohol Content of .15, nearly twice the legal limit.
Indiana State Police also arrested 21 year old Logan O. Hudson after he failed to move over for an emergency vehicle on US 41 near mile marker 44. Hudson was reportedly just over the legal limit.
In addition to the arrests, Indiana State Police issued six traffic tickets and twenty warnings during their Friday night into Saturday morning saturation patrols.
