Around noon on Tuesday, White County Sheriff Deputies were notified by the White County Probation office that a male had violated his probation.
The deputies arrested Carmi resident Adam Krug for the violation and taken to the White County Jail for booking and processing.
Later that night, a White County Sheriff Deputy observed a male driving through Enfield and knew the individual had an active Failure to Appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended.
The driver, Springerton native William Pierce, was pulled over by the deputy and placed under arrest. Pierce was taken to the White County Jail and later released after seeing a judge. A review court date was set for June 16th at 8:30 am.
