Carmi Police arrested 54 year old Vicki Thomas of Carmi at Dollar General Thursday just after 1 pm on a charge of felony retail theft. A records check showed that Thomas was also wanted on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Thomas was transported to the White County Jail and is being held on a combined bond amount of $1900.
At 5:37 pm Thursday, Carmi Police arrested 55 year old Robert Horn of Carmi at the Carmi Motel on a White County warrant for domestic battery. Horn was released from custody on a recognizance bond.
