We all fell short in the glory of God” is a quote from the Bible, Romans 3:23:
Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”

The verse continues in Romans 3:24, “But God treats us much better than we deserve, and because of Christ Jesus, he freely accepts us and sets us free from our sins”.

The verse means that all humans fall short of God’s glory by sinning. However, God forgives us through Christ Jesus and accepts us freely.
