On Saturday, Mt. Carmel Police arrested 38 year old April Santiago and 33 year old Ray Reynolds, both of Mt. Carmel on warrants from White and Hamilton Counties. Santiago was wanted on a charge of obstruction of justice in Hamilton County and failure to appear in White County. Reynolds was wanted on failure to appear in Hamilton County Court. Santiago and Reynolds were taken into custody at the Economy Inn, and transported to the Wabash County Jail. They are now currently in custody at the White County Jail.
