Two Arrested By The Carmi Police Department

An officer with the Carmi Police Department initiated a traffic stop after discovering that a vehicle he observed did not match the registration. On Friday evening, 37 year old Matthew Garner of State St in Crossville was taken into custody following the traffic stop for Unlawful Possession of Registration, a class A Misdemeanor. Garner was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $250 plus a $20 booking fee.  Garner paid bond and was released a couple of hours later.

 

 

 

 

On Saturday afternoon an officer with the Carmi Police Department arrested 42 year old Gary Knight of Stewart Street in Carmi on a White County Warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Knight paid $100 bond and was released.

    Not much to do in carmi police state. Major crime wave of traffic offenders!!! I will stay away!
