The White County CEO Board is pleased to announce that Tracy Orr has been hired as the White County CEO Program Facilitator. The White County CEO Program, offered as a cooperative program for Carmi-White County and Norris City-Omaha-Enfield students, beings fall 2016.
A Crossville native, Tracy graduated from Carmi-White County High School in 2003. She has an Associate’s Degree in business from Wabash Valley College. Tracy opened Picture Perfect Photography in 2002 as a high school junior and has continued to grow her business.
Tracy lives in Herald with her husband, Brian, and daughters Eleanor and Matilda. She is a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Carmi where she directs the choir. She is also active in the Carmi League of Arts and is the Lincoln School PTO President.
“I am excited to be a part of the White County CEO Program and look forward to working with the community in this endeavor. I look forward to guiding the students as they work to create their own business,” stated Orr.
