45 year old Donald E. Stover of Carmi was arrested Monday morning, on charges of Aggravated Battery and Disorderly Conduct, after Carmi Police were called to a possible disorderly subject causing a problem at 403 E. Cherry Street. He is currently being held in the White County Jail.
