Sheriff’s Department Files Several Reports

White County Sheriff Randy Graves reported the arrest of Harold Artice Ivy, of 193 Melvin Street, New Haven Friday August 13th.

Ivy was arrested on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual assault, and was transported to the City/County jail, where he posted bond and was released from custody. That incident remains under investigation.

The Sheriff’s department responded to a single vehicle accident Wednesday evening just before 10. According to the incident report, Chasity Jenny, 32, and Earl Scott Roark, 48; both of 509 Fourth Street, Crossville, had crashed into a ditch on county road 1825 N near the intersection of 1800 E. Both refused medical attention at the sight.

The investigation revealed Jenny was driving on a suspended license and had no valid insurance. She was cited for both offenses. The incident report noted there was no evidence of drug or alcohol use by either individual.

On Tuesday, August 10th, Mindie Foley, 904 S Division Street, Norris City, reported that someone hit her trash can causing damage to her fence.

Foley indicated an oilfield truck had hit her trash can, causing it to hit her fence. There was no indication of the extent of the damage.

Judici says Ivy was arrested on charges of criminal sexual abuse of someone underage. Seems like that’s not a detail you’d want to skip reporting on, or is just me? Charges included –> indecent solicitation of a minor <–and GROOMING.
What a surprise that this dangerous degenerate went through our justice dept., went through the joke of privately ran 'corrections' and is already out committing disgusting crimes(allegedly) against a MINOR.
There's barely a drop in the bucket that's been paid on his fees(appr. a meager $700) for KILLING Toby, yet this monster bonded right out of jail for these new charges with $20,000 cash!
What's wrong with this picture? Anyone?

Justice is not the motivator in our Justice system.

Ivy needs to be put behind bars, forever. He is one kid, who didn’t get any discipline.
I hope he changes his ways but, I hope that is behind bars, for the rest of his life..
    RIP Toby
