An 18 year old New Haven woman, Adrieonna N. S. Doneghue, was arrested by Carmi Police Wednesday, just after midnight, for Driving While License is Suspended and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, following a traffic stop near E. Main Street at 1250 East. She was released on a Recognizance Bond.
