The three individuals charged with concealing the death of Chase Mitchell are facing new charges added over the weekend. Online court records indicate 23 year old Toria Emerson, 31 year old Richard Emerson, and soon to be 43 year old Troy Gwaltney have each had added to their charges 3 counts of first degree murder. Mitchell’s body was found almost a year ago on June 10th after going missing on April 16th. Richard Emerson has a pre-trial set for June 17th. Troy Gwaltney’s Jury Trial is set to get underway on July 14th and Toria Emerson’s Jury Trial is slated to begin a week later on July 21st. A birthday memorial is planned for Mitchell at Mahoney Park in Eldorado on June 19th. Lisa Knight who worked with Mitchell for many years at Coleman Tri County is scheduled to speak and a memorial vigil will be held.
