Mt. Vernon woman surrenders at Carmi Police Department Thursday

At 12:12 pm Thursday, 32 year old Shalandrea Parks of Mt. Vernon, IL surrendered on a White County warrant at the Carmi Police Department for failure to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.  Parks was processed at the White County Jail and was later released after posting a $500 bond.
